The Populism and Political Parties Expert Survey (POPPA) is an expert survey measuring key attributes of political parties in European democracies. Founded by Maurits J. Meijers and Andrej Zaslove in 2017, the survey measures the degree of populism at the party level, alongside party ideology, political style, and party organisation.

Measures positions and attitudes of 250 parties in 28 European countries. Fielded to 294 country experts between April and July 2018. Published in Comparative Political Studies. Downloaded ca. 4,000 times.
